TLPack is an advisory body, specializing in leadership training and the creation of positive organizational cultures. Through conversations with staff and clients, we identify organizational structures that inhibit creativity and productivity. We see organizations as a body whose health is contingent on all parts functioning as designed. For an organization to be in step with company goals and strategies, a non-partisan review provides evidence that the entire team shares and is committed to the vision of the company. |
